The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase of products or services made on the Superlife website www.superlife.ch via the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The masculine form "customer" used herein naturally refers to both female and male customers. Specific conditions for the purchase of certain products or services are defined below.
Online product and service offerings are valid only as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stock. The images on the Site are for illustration purposes only and are not part of the contractual conditions. Information contained in catalogs and explanatory notes is provided for guidance only and does not constitute contractual documents.
Superlife disclaims any responsibility for any errors or omissions related to drawings, images, or diagrams, or appearing in said catalogs or notices.
PRICES The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Swiss francs, euros, and pounds sterling depending on the destination country. They are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and include the anticipated recycling tax (TAR). However, they do not include shipping charges, which will be billed separately. Superlife reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to the customer for delivered products are those in effect at the time of the order and listed on the order confirmation. Additionally, promotional discounts offered as part of commercial actions on the Site are deducted directly from the order amount.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT The products and prices published in the online shop constitute an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the condition (resolutive) that delivery is possible or that the indicated price is free from error.
The contract is concluded when the customer places his order with Superlife. The receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated email sent to the address provided by the customer. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It merely informs the customer that Superlife has received their order and that the contract is concluded, subject to the possibility of delivery.
ORDER An order becomes definitive only after its acceptance by Superlife. The submission of the order by the customer implies their adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions. Superlife reserves the right to refuse a customer's order.
PAYMENT The invoiced price is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. Unless otherwise specified, all products and services* are payable by the following means: EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay.
All payment transactions are made in a secure zone on the Stripe platform. The data recorded by Superlife & Stripe constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between Superlife and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. The customer's credit card is debited at the time of the order.
DELIVERY TIMES The delivery times indicated on all order confirmations are indicative and apply from the date of sending the order confirmation. Any request for cancellation of an order and/or claim for compensation for any type of delivery delay on the part of Superlife is excluded.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, WARRANTY CASES, AND COMPLAINTS The customer will send complaints for defective goods and/or services directly to Superlife by email (info@superlife.ch) and will settle with them the details of the procedure. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from their obligation to pay the invoice or the total value of the dispute. In the event of returns of goods purchased by "EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay," the refund or cancellation is made to the credit card or Paypal account indicated by the customer and made out in their name, provided that the customer has paid the full invoice.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints regarding any defects or non-conformities. Generally, items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer are not accepted. In the case of a return of goods, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
DELIVERY The goods are delivered unassembled and unpacked. Delivery of your order is free in Switzerland for purchases over CHF 200.00. Below CHF 200.00, the cost of preparing and shipping the goods depends on the order and the destination country. This amount is indicated in your cart at the time of payment.
If an order contains multiple items and the delivery times are different, Superlife will send the order once it is complete. If the order contains one or more bulky packages, Superlife reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges. Superlife will then contact the customer to inform them of the applicable delivery charges for their order.

RETURN CONDITIONS It is possible, in case of dissatisfaction, to return and exchange the goods upon presentation of the proof of payment. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, clean, complete, and undamaged. Damaged or soiled items by the customer are not accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects or differences from their order. The legal provisions governing complaints (Art. 201 CO) apply.
Returns are possible within 7 calendar days following receipt. If the customer is unable to present a receipt confirmation, the 7-day period is counted from the date of dispatch of the order.
Only items in their original packaging, unused, clean, complete, and undamaged, accompanied by the return form, are accepted. In the case of returning the goods, shipping costs are borne by the customer, who also bears the shipping risk. The goods must be returned by post. For a return by post, the goods must be returned to the following address:

The refund can only be made via the same payment method as the original payment. Therefore, no cash refund is made. Upon receipt of the goods, Superlife checks that they are in good condition and, if necessary, decides on a refund. This refund is made via the same payment method as the original payment, usually within 5 working days. Only the value of the goods is refunded. Any shipping costs are not refunded.
EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF RETURN All items with fabric/leather covering, made of wood species, or specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, special finishes cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY In the event of delivery of defective goods, the procedure is the same as for returns. The customer must inform Superlife. The delivery note and the goods in their original packaging must be presented. The invoice containing the product description serves as a warranty voucher. Warranty exchange or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
RESOLUTORY CLAUSE Any total or partial failure by the customer to fulfill any of his obligations, as well as the non-compliance with any payment deadline, may result, at the discretion of Superlife, either in the immediate payment of all sums still due for any reason whatsoever, and the suspension of all deliveries, or in the resolution of the current contracts.
APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES This contract is subject to Swiss law.
