GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases of products or services made through the Superlife website www.superlife.ch via the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The masculine term "customer" also refers to female customers. Specific conditions may apply to certain products or services.

Product and service offers are valid while they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stock. Images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Information in catalogs and explanatory materials is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual document.

Superlife disclaims all liability for errors or omissions related to illustrations, diagrams, or text, whether on the Site or in printed materials.


PRICES

Prices shown on the Site are in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), or pounds sterling (GBP), depending on the destination.
All prices include the applicable VAT, customs duties, and recycling tax (TAR) where applicable. No additional taxes or import fees will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Superlife reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one valid at the time the order is confirmed. Promotional discounts are deducted directly from the order amount.


CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Products and prices shown on the Site constitute an offer, subject to availability and the absence of pricing errors.

The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the order. An automatic email confirms receipt of the order but does not guarantee delivery or availability. It serves as confirmation that the order has been received.


ORDERS

An order becomes final only after acceptance by Superlife. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these general terms, excluding all others. Superlife reserves the right to refuse an order without justification.


PAYMENT

The amount invoiced is the one stated in the order confirmation. Payments may be made by EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

All transactions are processed securely via the Stripe platform. The data recorded by Superlife and Stripe serves as proof of the transaction. The customer's card is charged at the time of the order.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown in order confirmations are indicative only. Cancellations or claims for compensation due to delivery delays are excluded.

Superlife shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, transportation blockages, natural disasters).


DELIVERY

Delivery is free in Switzerland for orders over CHF 200.–. Below this threshold, shipping fees depend on the destination and order type and are indicated at checkout.

If the order includes items with different delivery times, delivery is made once the order is complete. For bulky items, Superlife reserves the right to adjust shipping fees after contacting the customer.

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must inform the carrier immediately, request a written note of the damage, and send clear photos of the package and packaging to Superlife within 48 hours. Without this, no claim will be processed.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to:

Refunds will be processed only via the original payment method, within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the items. Initial shipping fees are not refunded.


EXCLUSION OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE RIGHTS

Customized products, special finishes, or items made from specific materials (fabric, leather, wood) cannot be returned or exchanged.


WARRANTY

In case of defective products, the return procedure applies. The customer must provide the delivery note and invoice. The warranty does not extend the original coverage period.


RESOLUTORY CLAUSE

Any failure by the customer to fulfill their obligations, especially non-payment, may result in suspension of deliveries or termination of the contract at Superlife’s discretion.


GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud.
