Usually, Superlife pieces are crafted within 1 to 5 weeks. Every item is meticulously made in Switzerland in small batch lots, by passionate local companies, promoting exceptional craftsmanship.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

All taxes and customs duties are now included in the price you pay on our website, regardless of your country of residence. This means you will not receive any additional invoices upon delivery—no VAT, no import duties.

Superlife takes care of all customs formalities and associated costs. You simply receive your order, with nothing more to pay.

If the customer refuses the parcel or fails to collect it, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any potential refund.


EXCHANGES, RETURNS, WARRANTY CASES AND COMPLAINTS

The customer will send complaints for defective goods and/or services and returns directly to Superlife by email (info@superlife.ch) and will settle with us the details of the procedure. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the total value in question.

In the case of returns of goods purchased by credit card or digital payment services (EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay), the refund or cancellation will be made to the payment method used, provided that the original invoice has been paid in full.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to report any defects or non-conformities. If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must notify the courier at the time of delivery and ensure that a written remark is made. The customer is also required to send clear photographic evidence of the damaged box and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Without this documentation and within this timeframe, the complaint cannot be processed.

Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not accepted. In the case of returns, the shipping costs are at the customer’s charge.


RETURNS

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in "as new" condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. All sale items are final purchases.


ADDITIONAL LEGAL NOTICE

Superlife cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or exceptional transport disruptions).

All legal matters shall be governed by Swiss law and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
