We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Switzerland.

The waiting time for receiving our products can extend from 1 to 5 weeks. This period reflects our commitment to offering high-quality pieces. Each Superlife item is meticulously manufactured in Switzerland, in small batch lots, by passionate companies, thus promoting remarkable craftsmanship.

All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and SUPERLIFE reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES


All prices include VAT.

For orders from outside Switzerland, you will not receive an additional invoice for VAT or customs upon receipt of your parcel.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, WARRANTY CASES AND COMPLAINTS

The customer will send complaints for defective goods and/or services and returns directly to Superlife by email (info@superlife.ch) and will settle with it the details of the procedure. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from his obligation to pay the invoice or the total value of the dispute. In the case of returns of goods purchased by "EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay", the refund or cancellation will be made to the credit card or Paypal account indicated by the customer and made out to the customer's name, provided that the customer has paid the original invoice in full.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to make any reservations and claims regarding possible defects or non-conformities. In general, items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not accepted. In the case of a return of goods, the shipping costs are at the charge of the customer.

RETURNS

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
