SHIPPING POLICY
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES
All Superlife products are manufactured in Switzerland in small production batches.
Delivery times range from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the product and destination.
Delivery times are indicative and begin from the date of order confirmation.
Superlife cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and volume.

For bulky furniture or large quantity orders, Superlife reserves the right to adjust shipping fees after prior contact with the customer.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
All applicable VAT, customs duties and recycling taxes (TAR) are included in the prices displayed on our website.
No additional VAT or import duties will be charged upon delivery.
Superlife handles all customs formalities.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers must inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.
If a package is visibly damaged:

The courier must be notified immediately.

A written remark must be made at delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged packaging must be sent to info@superlife.ch within 48 hours.
Without these elements, no claim can be processed.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returned items must be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case of international returns, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the parcel is clearly declared as “returned goods”. Any additional customs duties, taxes or clearance charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete declaration will be borne by the customer.
GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy is governed by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
